*Nurses were very kind and helpful and doctors explained the procedure carefully and clearly. As a waiting relation I felt really supported and a nurse that could speak IBO talked to me so nicely.
*The time spent in not told to patient so we came unprepared for a six and half hours stay. We were told procedure last.

Lack of communication between hospitals which meant I arrived very late for 1 night because there was not an available bed in the ward I was going to be taken to stay. Today I will go to that ward.

As I was nervous about the anesthetic the staff took extra care to reassure me which I found very helpful.
